About us: We have been selling outdoor LED signage in the S.E since 2011. And have exclusively represented Vantage LED since 2015. We chose them as they are the #3 American manufacturer of LED signage. Most importantly is that Vantage LED backs their signage with one of the best market warranties. In turn we can assure our customers that they will be buying quality signage and backing from the manufacturer. Vantage S.E Manager will also assist us in obtaining subcontractors for properties outside of the S.E. We market all CRE properties and have membership in the International Car Wash (ICA), Self Storage Association (SSA) & International Council Shopping Centers (ICSC). We also are an Exhibitor at their feature conferences.

And we will still continue to provide LED signage for NonProfits, Churches, Fire Departments & Schools.

After serving his Country in the US Air Force, Including Desert Storm, Rusty returned to Greenville SC. He joined the copier business with IKON Office Solutions in the IT area to bring new technology and including the companies first email system.  Once copiers moved from Analog to Digital, he moved into the sales area to bring digital solutions to customers and was highly successful.  From2004- 2006 Rusty joined a local “Telecom auditing company” that was purchased by Cass Avenue Bank in St Louis. After driving sales to large and medium size companies as VP, Cass Ave Bank he moved to the sign business in 2007 and has been in the business since then.  Overtime, his focus became infrastructure and Digital Signage in the industry.  Rusty joined Upstate Digital Sign Sales in 2022as managing partner. Upstate Digital Sales became exclusively a Vantage authorized LED S.E sign dealer in 2015. This decision was made based on VantageLED product.

WilliamRoop added Rusty Harrison and MaryBeth Lockaby “his daughter” as partners in2022. This will ensure that Upstate Digital will continue for manyyears after his retirement. And Mary Beth will eventually become the soleowner of Upstate Digital Sign Sales.

Mary Beth was born in Zaragoza Spain to a military family. After finishing school Mary Beth jumped into the financial world of banking. Mary Beth initially started in 2006 – 2015 in management with a large local bank. Mary Beth then got her feet wet in the mortgage industry as a mortgage loan processor. She then moved into the role of construction loan modifier. Mary Beth is currently a member of the small business lending team of one of the top 5 financial institutions. Mary Beth joined Upstate Digital Sign Sales in 2022 as Director of Finance. Upstate Digital Sales became exclusively a Vantage authorized LED S.E sign dealer in 2015. This decision was made based on Vantage LED product.

David has been the Southeast Regional Manager for Vantage LED for over 11 years. Since 2015, he's conducted hundreds of meetings and Onsite Demonstrations on behalf of Upstate Digital and is always on call to meet with any of their potential customers.  He is also a partial owner of Vantage LED, as he and all of his colleagues were handed the company as an ESOP "Employee Stock Ownership Plan" in 2021. David is headquartered in Atlanta Georgia. David was educated in International Business & Business Marketing at Pennsylvania State University, Boston College and California State University, San Diego.

David is a former member of the U.S. National Cycling Team. He is also a 4-Time National Collegiate Cycling Champion and a medalist at Collegiate World Championships. David is also a current member of the U.S. National Canoe & Kayak Team and a former World Champion in International Dragon Boat.
